Craftigurumi is the sole work of Nicole Ellison (pictured above), as a way to design and create all the ideas in her head. The first few designs were born out of a desire for products that just didn’t exist, combined with a growing apathy for most mass produced plush toys. She then expanded her plush toy designs into her unique character dolls, and has continued to innovate and challenge herself with new methods to shape yarn to suit her needs.
Recently, Nicole has begun to expand her line of designs to include tools for other crocheters, such as her hook carrying case, and reviving her first crafty love of cross stitching with her new line of patterns and kits to suit a range of skill levels.
